Refund policy
I am a one person, small business that I run out of my home. I do all the work myself from web site creation and management, shipping, and the art and creations themselves. At this time I am not offering refunds. I strive to make every piece I sell as sturdy as possible. I am happy to repair anything that breaks due to faulty design or send a replacement. I am not responsible for rough handling or misuse. I do not cover loss of items from the time they leave my shop. Buyer must pay for returns and include a pre-paid Canada Post package for repaired items. If you live in my local area (West Kootenays) , please contact me and we can discuss in-person repairs. All items are final sale. Please review your choices carefully before completing sale.
